Part 1 – Terms of Service
- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MMO Madness, its forum, podcast site, Discord channel, or any related service, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and the Rules of Conduct outlined below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
- Ownership and Intellectual Property
All content published on MMO Madness: including articles, blogs, guides, podcasts, videos, and user-contributed materials, is the property of Boss Mode Media, MMO Madness, and Boss Mode Fashion LLC, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, redistribute, or modify any content without express written permission.
- User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts, passwords, and any actions performed under their login credentials.
MMO Madness reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Rules of Conduct.
- Content Submissions
By posting or submitting any content to MMO Madness (including comments, posts, or images), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content for community and promotional purposes.
All submissions must comply with the Rules of Conduct and applicable laws.
- Disclaimer of Liability
MMO Madness provides community spaces for educational and entertainment purposes only.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content, nor for interactions between members both online and offline.
All users participate at their own risk.
- Modification of Terms
MMO Madness reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service or the Rules of Conduct at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved under applicable state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Part 2 – Rules of Conduct
- Respect and Inclusion
- Treat all members respectfully. No hate speech, harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind.
- Avoid inflammatory language or behavior intended to provoke.
- Personal attacks or threats will result in account suspension or removal.
- On-Topic and Quality Posting
- Stay relevant to the forum or channel topic.
- No spam, flooding, chain letters, or excessive self-promotion.
- Posts should contribute constructively to the discussion.
- Integrity and Fair Play
- Do not promote or distribute hacks, cheats, exploits, or tools that violate game Terms of Service.
- Respect developer right, no pirated content, leaks, or unlicensed servers.
- Do not impersonate MMO Madness staff or other users.
- Safe and Legal Content
- No obscene, sexual, or violent materials.
- Do not share private information (yours or others’) without consent.
- Do not post or link to illegal, harmful, or malicious content.
- Community Behavior
- Avatars, usernames, and signatures must remain appropriate.
- Respect moderator directions and community decisions.
- Do not repost removed or locked content.
- Enforcement and Appeals
- Minor infractions may result in warnings or temporary suspensions.
- Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent bans.
- Appeals can be submitted via support@mmomadness.com for review.
- Reporting Violations
Help maintain a positive environment by reporting misconduct. Use the report feature on forums or contact moderators directly.
