We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mmomadness.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the shipping address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

• Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
