Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery is approximately 5–10 business days.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. 

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@mmomadness.com and we’ll work with the carrier to locate it.
