MMO Madness Forum Guidelines

Welcome, adventurer! Whether you're a healer, tank, troll, or loot goblin, everyone has a place here—as long as you follow the rules. These guidelines exist to keep the forums fun, fair, and just the right amount of chaotic.

1. Respect All Players

Treat fellow members with basic decency. Disagreeing is fine. Harassment, hate speech, and personal attacks? Not so much.

2. No Griefing Outside the Game

This is a space to share, debate, and celebrate MMOs—not to start flame wars. Save the PvP for in-game.

3. Stay on Topic

Post in the appropriate forums. Use clear titles. Don’t derail threads with off-topic rambling unless you’re in a designated Off-Topic zone.

4. Trolling? Know Your Limits

We get it—trolling is part of MMO history. But keep it clever, not cruel. No targeted bullying, doxxing, or real-life threats.

5. No Spam or Self-Promotion (Without Approval)

No one wants to see gold-selling ads or endless plugs. Want to share your stream, guild, or project? Ask a mod first.

6. Spoiler Warnings Are Mandatory

Just beat the final boss? Cool. Don’t ruin it for everyone else. Use spoiler tags or mark your post clearly.

7. No NSFW Content

Keep it PG-13. No explicit content, and no links to it either. This isn’t your private guild chat.

8. Report, Don’t Retaliate

If someone’s breaking the rules, use the report button. Don’t feed the trolls or start a side war.

9. Mods Have Final Say

The moderators are here to help, not hinder. If they shut something down, don’t respawn it under another thread.

10. Have Fun and Be Legendary

This is your world. Explore, laugh, debate, and forge connections. Just don’t be a total noob about it.
